Questions? We Have Answers.

Here are the things people ask us most before booking a service. If you don't see what you're looking for, just give us a call or send a message.

Booking & Scheduling

You can reach us by calling (719) 419-6819, sending a message through our Request a Service page, or emailing info@platinumplumbingdrain.com. We'll get back to you the same day to discuss your situation and get something scheduled.
We're available Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. After-hours service is available for urgent situations and is subject to an additional fee.
Same-day service is available depending on schedule and job complexity. Give us a call and we'll let you know what we can do. We do our best to get to you as quickly as possible.
It depends on the job. A faucet repair or toilet replacement might take an hour or two. A water heater replacement or sewer line repair can take most of a day. We'll give you a realistic timeframe when we discuss your project so you can plan accordingly.

Pricing & Fees

Yes, there is a $75 service call fee for us to come out and assess the problem. That fee is waived if you choose to move forward with the repair. After-hours calls carry a $175 service fee.
We can often give you a general estimate over the phone for common jobs. For more involved work, a proper estimate requires us to see the situation in person. Either way, you'll know the cost before any work begins.
Always. We give you a clear quote before touching anything. No hidden fees, no surprise charges after the fact. If something unexpected comes up during the job, we'll talk to you about it first.
Please reach out to us directly and we'll be happy to go over payment options with you. We want to make it as easy as possible.

Service Area

We serve Colorado Springs and surrounding communities within approximately 30 miles, including Fountain, Manitou Springs, Monument, Black Forest, Falcon, Peyton, Security-Widefield, Woodland Park, and more. Not sure if we cover your area? Just give us a call and we'll let you know.

Licensing & Insurance

Yes. Platinum Plumbing & Drain is fully licensed and insured. John is a licensed master plumber with over 12 years of professional experience. Every job is covered.
A master plumber license is the highest level of plumbing certification available. It requires years of hands-on experience, passing a rigorous state exam, and ongoing education. When you hire a master plumber, you're getting someone who has proven they know the trade inside and out.
Yes. We carry liability insurance on every job. You should always make sure any plumber or contractor working in your home is insured before they start. With Platinum, that's never a concern.

Absolutely. You don't need to have the answer before you call us. Describe what you're noticing, whether it's a sound, smell, water where it shouldn't be, or something not working right, and we'll take it from there.
Our primary focus is residential plumbing. If you have a commercial need, reach out and we'll let you know whether it's something we can help with.

Emergencies

First, shut off your main water supply. The main shutoff is usually near your water meter or where the main line enters your home. Once the water is off, call us at (719) 419-6819 right away. Turning the water off first limits the damage significantly while you wait for help.
Yes. For urgent situations outside of regular hours, give us a call. After-hours service is available and subject to a $175 service fee. We understand that plumbing problems don't always wait for a convenient time.
In most Colorado Springs homes, the main water shutoff is located in the basement or utility room where the water line enters the house, near the front exterior wall. It can also be near the water meter outside. We recommend finding yours before you ever need it in an emergency.
